The McKenzie Artifact
by Alison Kent
After a deep undercover assignment almost gets him killed, Eli McKenzie is returning to Mexico to discover who tried to poison him to death and put an end to Spectra IT's white slavery operation. Stella Banks is none too happy to see Eli back in the Spectra compound. The private investigator was searching for a missing girl when she was captured by Spectra operatives. Time is running out for both Eli and Stella. They soon see that in order to free themselves and put an end to Spectra's operation, they must work together before it's too late.
The fifth book in the SG-5 series is as thrilling as readers have come to expect. The McKenzie Artifact is recommend for readers who enjoy contemporary romance or romantic suspense. This book is also an outstanding selection for readers who enjoy strong female characters. As I have said before, while the books in this series could be read as stand alones, I recommend that readers read these books in order. While the SG-5 series was originally suppose to conclude with TheMcKenzie Artifact, readers of the series will be pleased to know that the story continues in the full length novel Larger Than Life.
